The vignette for the Full-Length Feature Film entitled “Playing The Float” is a 30 minute presentation focusing on the most dramatic courtroom confrontation between the movie’s hero, Marco Tirelli, and his nemesis, Lucy Ellis, who has used every corrupt scheme imaginable to aid in the destruction of Marco’s character in order to falsely claim the charge of fraud against him. 

Emboldened by the personal research and studying he has done for over two years on legal and procedural defense, Marco attempts to defend himself against Lucy’s contrived lies and misrepresentations. The paramount focus of this scene is Marco’s ability to totally disrupt and deal with Lucy’s vain attempt at discrediting him. 

In the most dramatic moment of the film, Marco exposes Lucy’s falsehood and lays bare her lies that she has attempted against Marco in order to build up her reputation with her law firm as a capable prosecutor. Marco dramatically exposes her corruption and defends himself against the charge of fraud brought on by the insurance carrier and its 600-lawyer hit-man law firm headed up by Kayden James Wetzel III one of the senior partners of the firm.

The fascinating background on the court room confrontation is Lucy’s attempt at using her feminine charms and sexuality to influence Marco, and more importantly, the court and jury, into believing that her attempts and charges are trustworthy. However, what Lucy does not understand or appreciate, is that through the decades of his photographing women of every bent and character, Marco has learned the vicissitudes of thousands of women and has a profound understanding of feminine whiles and wherefores. He is not deterred or influenced by Lucy’s sexual attempts at making her case.

This scene is pivotal to the main story stream of the movie in causing Marco to, not only defend himself, but to enable him to aggressively prove his claim against the insurance company’s combatant law firm. Marco triumphantly gains an enormous victory against all claims of fraud, for his honor, integrity and truth. 

This is the kind of self-help, true story that will enlighten and encourage workers comp insurance claimants nationwide to stand up for themselves and know that all is NOT lost against the corruption, greed and self-interest of the insurance companies that promote corporate gain versus claimant care. It reveals how insurance companies are structured to revoke any concern for the best interests of those who have conscientiously and faithfully paid premiums for many years in the belief that, should anything happen to them, their medical expenses and lost wages will be protected and ready for use, should they need them, by their insurance company.
